吴熠
博士,硕士研究生导师,副教授,中国中医药信息学会中医临床药学分会常务理事,中国民族医药学会远程教育分会常务理事,Phytomedicine,Natural Product Communication和Medicinal Chemistry Research等主流杂志的审稿人。主持并完成国家自然科学基金1项,省部级基金1项,横向课题多项。长期从事药物设计学、药物化学、网络药理学、人工智能等交叉学科的研究工作。近年来,以临床重大疾病的治疗需求为导向,积极开展退行性和心脑血管疾病等多发于老年人的共病研究。通过网络药理学、AI辅助的药靶亲合力评估、AI辅助药物分子设计等多种研究策略的联用,实现“老药新用”和创新先导化合物的发现及结构优化。在此基础上,采用果蝇等模式动物,应用分子生物学等手段阐明其作用机理,探索获得具有临床应用前景的候选药物分子。近三年(2022-2024),以第一作者或通讯作者发表sci论文8篇,参与3篇。
