钟佳宁导师简历

钟佳宁,男,1981年出生。2004年毕业于南昌大学获生物学学士学位,2011年硕博连读毕业于首都师范大学,获理学博士学位。导师许兴智教授。2011年至2016年任职温州医学院基因组医学研究院助理研究员。2016年至今任职赣南医学院副教授。目前,主要从事组蛋白修饰在糖尿病以及心脑血管方面的研究。迄今为止共主持国家自然科学基金3项,省自然基金2项,总共发表SCI论文二十几篇。

钟佳宁,副教授,籍贯江西龙南,2011年首都师范大学遗传学博士毕业,就职于赣南医学院心脑血管疾病防治教育部重点实验室。

1)DNA损伤修复、基因组的稳定性与肿瘤发生的关系;
2)糖尿病等复杂疾病的表观遗传学机制研究;

7、科研成果及获奖情况
共发表SCI论文21篇。首次发现DNA去甲基化酶TET1能够调控H4K16位点乙酰化水平从而调控DNA损伤修复的机制。该研究提示TET1及其调控的组蛋白乙酰化修饰可能作为研究结肠癌治疗药物的靶蛋白。我们后续一系列工作将系统地研究和肿瘤、糖尿病相关的组蛋白修饰改变及其调控机制。
