严慧，博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师。司法鉴定科学研究院法医毒物法化研究室副主任/研究员，主持和参与国家和省部级科研项目10余项，主持和参与制定毒物毒品鉴定技术国家标准、行业标准20余项，在国内外有影响力的专业期刊上发表论文100余篇,主编专著《新精神活性物质分析与应用》，曾获司法部司法为民好榜样称号，上海市科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖。
主要研究方向：
从事法医毒物学教学培训、科学研究及司法鉴定工作，主要研究方向：（1）血液、尿液、头发等生物检材中毒物及代谢物分析；（2）新型毒品体内外代谢研究；（3）毒物中毒机制的代谢组学研究。
