叶星，男，中共党员，博士，硕士生导师。基础医学院法医学教研室专任教师，从事法医学教学、科研及鉴定相关工作。主要研究方向为心源性猝死标志物鉴定及机制研究。先后主持江西省自然科学基金青年项目、江西省教育厅科研项目、赣南医科大学校级课题等。近年以第一作者或通讯作者（含共同）发表SCI论文5篇，指导大学生创新创业训练项目立项2项。
