研究内容:结合生物信息学手段研究水生动物(斑马鱼、文昌鱼和七鳃鳗等)的结构域重排机制,目前聚焦免疫通路(以IL-17通路为代表)的人工调控与重排改造技术,以斑马鱼为研究对象,揭示免疫通路在神经再生以及肢体再生中的调控机制,探索“免疫—再生”协同的新理论及重要靶点。
